Hotel Policies
- Housekeeping Service for multiple night stays will be provided by request only. Please let us know which day(s) you would like us to clean your room and we will be happy to accommodate your request. You can also pick up amenities and towels at the front desk at any time.
- All guests must present a valid photo ID when checking in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- All cash-paying guests must provide a valid credit card on file or a $200 cash deposit. Credit cards will be authorized for $200 at time of check-in. Credit card authorizations and cash deposits will be returned upon inspection of the room by management.
- All advance payment reservations must provide a valid credit card at check-in for incidentals.
- Minimum age to rent is 21.
- All guests must be registered at the time of check-in or thereafter if arriving separately.
- For a duplicate key, you must show your ID, and it must match the name on file.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms. The hotel charges a $20.00 daily pet fee with a $200.00 per week maximum.
- We are a 100% non-smoking facility.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool room at any time.

Breakfast
A complimentary hot breakfast is served from 6:00am to 9:00am. The breakfast room is located on the first floor next to the Lobby.
Business Center
The business center is located on the first floor and is available for use 24 hours a day. Fax and copy services are also available 24 hours a day at the Front Desk. The hotel fax number is (815) 389-4125. Charges may apply.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. If you need an extended check-out time, please contact the Front Desk.
Drinks and Snacks/Vending Machines
Snacks and drinks can be purchased at our Market located on the first floor next to the Front Desk. A snack vending machine is also located on the first floor near the ice machine.
Dry Cleaning
Please drop off at the Front Desk before 8:00am if you would like it returned the same afternoon. Charges apply.
Fitness Room
The fitness room is located on the first floor with key access. Hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm.
Guest Laundry
Guest laundry is available 24 hours a day and is located on the first floor.
Ice Machines
Ice machines are located on the first floor near the pool room, second floor next to room 219, and third floor next to room 319.
Meeting Room
The meeting room is located on the first floor. Reservations to use the meeting room can be made at the Front Desk. Charges apply.
Pool and Hot Tub
The pool and hot tub are located on the first floor with key access. Hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Connect to the Wireless
For wireless use in guest rooms, hotel lobby, business center, meeting rooms, and any public areas: Using your device's wireless connection, search for wireless networks and connect to your venue's network name or SSID, beginning with "BW." Proceed to sign in.
Signing In
Third-party software security enhancements may prevent your device from reaching the login page. Open your web browser and visit a non-HTTPS page such as wifi123.org. You will be directed automatically to the sign-in page. Once you read and agree to the Terms of Service, enter the access code provided by the front desk and then click "I Agree." You will then be redirected to the Home Page and allowed to use the Internet.
Trouble Connecting
Guest WiFi networks require you to log in. If you are having issues connecting to the WiFi, it is always best to reboot your device and try reconnecting. This clears any previous connections and should allow you to reach the login page.
Game Console and Streaming Media Boxes
If you are traveling with an Xbox, PlayStation, Roku, Apple TV, or other media device and are having problems connecting, please locate the MAC address and call our support team to have your device authenticated.

Security and Safety Procedures
- All hotel rooms feature double lock doors with security latches. For additional security, utilize the deadbolt lock upon entering. This will prevent the door from being opened by a regular room key. As an additional precaution, please secure the safety latch.
- Do not admit persons into your room without first making an identification. If there is any doubt about the person’s identity, please contact the Front Desk.
- Please safeguard your keys. Do not leave any key in the room and do not give your key to others. All guests must present a valid photo ID when requesting a key.

What to Do if a Carbon Monoxide Alarm is Sounding or You Experience Symptoms
- Never ignore a carbon monoxide alarm that is sounding.
- Immediately move outside to fresh air.
- Advise the hotel Front Desk.
- Call 911, emergency services, or the Fire Department.
- Do a head count to check that all people in your party are accounted for.
- Do not reenter the premises until the emergency service responders have given you permission.
